1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "388com," "the Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the gaming platform accessible at https://388com.org, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 388com platform and uses its services.
• "Platform" refers to the 388com website, mobile applications, and all associated digital infrastructure through which gaming services are delivered.

• "Account" refers to the individual registered player account created on 388com, which holds the Player's personal information, PKR wallet balance, and transaction history.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's 388com account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a 388com promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the Company's licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policies.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 388com account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the 388com platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on 388com or any affiliated gaming platform.

By registering on 388com, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in your PKR wallet.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only on the 388com platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions. 388com employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate registrations, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering your 388com account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and communication purposes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify 388com immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 388com will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Do not disclose your password to anyone claiming to represent 388com.
• You must update your registered details promptly if any information changes, particularly your email address and contact number, to ensure you continue to receive important account communications.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

388com supports PKR-native deposits and withdrawals through a range of Pakistani payment channels including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, as well as Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are published in the 388com help centre and are subject to change.

• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• 388com does not charge deposit fees for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, are governed by the respective financial institution's own fee schedule.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on your account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• 388com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is approved.
• Funds deposited to your 388com PKR wallet but not yet used for wagering may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification and applicable minimum thresholds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

388com offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-season special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly at the point of opt-in.
• Unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement for 388com deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• 388com reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to disqualify any Player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each 388com welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus via multiple accounts constitute a prohibited activity under Section 8 of these Terms.
• Bonuses obtained through deliberately distorted play patterns — such as placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk — will be voided, and the associated account may be suspended.

7 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the 388com platform — whether on sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, fishing arcade titles, or any other gaming product — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as published within that product's interface. The following general betting rules apply across all 388com products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 388com does not accept cancellation requests for wagers already placed and confirmed through the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and are subject to change at 388com's discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or system error occurring during a betting session, 388com reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified of any such action via their registered email address.
• For sports betting markets, 388com follows standard industry settlement rules. In-play markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the ICC and PCB for Pakistan fixtures and PSL matches.
• Odds and markets are subject to change prior to bet placement confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• 388com reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any single betting event across all product categories. Limits are published in the 388com help centre.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388com platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on 388com, whether in your own name or using the details of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the account verification process.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your 388com account without their explicit consent and 388com's prior written approval.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the 388com platform in a manner not intended for normal human player use.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors in any 388com product to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated multi-player strategies designed to manipulate game or tournament outcomes.
• Using the 388com platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the 388com platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or enabling an underage individual (under 21 years of age) to access or use your 388com account.

9 Responsible Gaming

388com is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan and beyond. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can transition from an entertaining leisure activity into a problematic habit. 388com provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help all Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit may only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been actively gaming for a specified period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 388com platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 388com or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 388com platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 388com content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 388com software or application.
• Use any 388com trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written permission.
• Create derivative works based on 388com content or platform functionality.

Unauthorised use of 388com intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by 388com.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388com's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

388com shall not be liable for any of the following, even where such losses were foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information stored in connection with your 388com account.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, technical faults, or cyber-security incidents beyond 388com's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional communications.

13 Amendments to These Terms

388com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 388com will notify registered Players via their registered email address with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice by regulatory authorities or by law.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 388com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388com holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and 388com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

The majority of account and transaction disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with our support agents. 388com commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

• Disputes relating to specific bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event settlement date.
• Disputes relating to account balances or payment transactions must be raised within 60 days of the relevant transaction date.
• Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be accepted for formal review.
